We want you to love your AS-SORTED purchase. If something isn't right, you can return unused products in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days once we receive the returned item.

Damaged or defective on arrival? Send a photo to hello@as-sortd.live within 48 hours and we'll sort it out — replacement or full refund, your call.
